Phil Thompson has been working in the IT field for 11 years.  He worked as an IT Manager for 5 years, during which time he managed all aspects of the company’s IT systems, including hardware, software, networks, data communications, and VOIP telephones.  He was responsible for establishing, maintaining and enforcing IT policies and procedures, IT contingency plans and IT strategic plans.  Phil has extensive experience with solving problems for end users.

Ellen Bebout has served in various consulting roles for the past five years.  She has completed many projects of varying difficulty and scale.  Ellen has spent much of her career designing and improving business forms and worksheets.  She is fluent in Quickbooks, Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, Publisher, Power Point, and Visio.  She also has extensive experience with the Adobe Suite of products including Professional, Designer, Photoshop and Dreamweaver. One of Ellen’s best talents is her ability to streamline business processes through workflow mapping, research, and analysis.
